An Outstanding Experience

At our Salon, we are dedicated to providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Stephen & Company Salon experience.

CANCELLATIONS:

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better time for you. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the services you were scheduled for. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, more than once, you will be charged 100% of the services you were scheduled for.

CHILD POLICY:

At Stephen and Company, we strive to provide a relaxing experience for you to unwind and feel pampered. We understand that bringing your children to the salon during your service may be convenient, but we feel that children who attend their parents' appointments at the salon pose a safety issue. We work with sharp scissors, hot tools, chemicals, and other equipment in the salon, and we do not have an area designated for children, nor do we have staff that can keep an eye on them while you receive your service. For this reason, we ask that parents visit our salon without their children unless the child has an appointment. Thank you for your understanding!
